Company re-branding

Every Child Matters (ECM) Solutions is in period of transition. It will continue to run alongside the new sister company Educational Consultancy & Management (ECM) Solutions, until the December 2010. A new business logo has been designed, which has retained the distinctive features of the previous company logo. The change will not in any way affect the level and quality of services and products provided to any existing customers or new clients.

The re-branding better reflects the broader range of services and products available from Educational Consultancy & Management (ECM) Solutions.

The website address, email address and mobile telephone number all remain the same.

Changes to packages of consultancy for awards

From the 4th January 2011, Educational Consultancy & Management (ECM) Solutions will no longer offer three packages of consultancy and support to any new customers embarking on any one of the three awards, currently available.

Only one package of consultancy and support will be offered for any award. This change is the result of feedback and findings from customer research and evaluations, which have indicated that the most popular preferred consultancy option is one package (currently the Gold package).

Any education setting that has commenced working towards achieving either award under the existing three packages of consultancy prior to the 4th January 2011, will be unaffected by this change and their award will retain the former business and award name.

New product and service developments

The next phase of product development and service upgrading is in progress, in order to ensure all existing and new products and services offered by Educational Consultancy & Management (ECM) Solutions are in line with current Government educational initiatives and agendas.

The company is also extending its current business portfolio to enable individual educational settings or a family of educational settings to commission bespoke high quality consultancy and training to support any newly appointed SEN Coordinators, who wish to gain further personalised coaching, advice and guidance, to top-up their national SENCO training.

Look out for further information and progress updates relating to the next phase of the Achievement through Well-Being Award Standards, which will be of particular interest to those educational settings who are wishing to renew the previous ECM Standards Award after three years.
