All project work, consultancy and training undertaken by Educational Consultancy & Management (ECM) Solutions will be subject to the following terms and conditions, agreed in writing with the company.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before commissioning and purchasing any services from the website www.ecm-solutions.org.uk

You should understand that by commissioning and purchasing any of the services available, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

You should print a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference.

If you refuse to accept these terms and conditions you will not be able to commission and purchase any services from Educational Consultancy & Management (ECM) Solutions.

1. INFORMATION ABOUT US

www.ecm-solutions.org.uk is the website published by Educational Consultancy & Management (ECM) Solutions or any other party on its behalf in the course of its business practices. The organisation Educational Consultancy & Management (ECM) Solutions is registered in England with the National Business Register under company number 2272033. The VAT registration number is 930 8454 22

2. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

The website is intended for use by the client or customer in the UK. If you are a resident elsewhere and working in an independent international educational setting, you should contact the Director Rita Cheminais, prior to attempting to commission and purchase any services.

3. YOUR STATUS

By registering an interest, or making a request to commission a service through the website, you warrant that:

• (a) You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts, or (where contracting on behalf of an organisation or business) that you are duly authorised to enter into binding contracts on behalf of that organisation or business
• (b) You are at least 18 years old; and
• (c) You are resident in, and accessing the company website from the UK.

4. HOW THE CONTRACT IS FORMED BETWEEN YOU AND EDUCATIONAL CONSULTANCY & MANAGEMENT (ECM) SOLUTIONS

• 4.1 After registering an interest or requesting the commissioning and purchase of a service, you will receive an email from Educational Consultancy & Management (ECM) Solutions acknowledging your request. Please note that this does not mean that your request for a service has been accepted. Your request constitutes an offer to Educational Consultancy & Management (ECM) Solutions to purchase a service. All requests for a service are subject to acceptance by Educational Consultancy & Management (ECM) Solutions, and confirmation of an acceptance to you will be sent by email, or letter, that confirms a contract of agreement will be sent to you by post for signing and returning to the company address.
• 4.2 The contract of agreement will relate only to the service whose provision has been confirmed in writing via email or letter by Educational Consultancy & Management (ECM) Solutions.

5. CONSUMER RIGHTS

• 5.1 If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, as the contracting consumer, you may cancel the contract of agreement at any time within seven working days, beginning on the day after you received the service. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the service, in accordance with the refunds policy.
• 5.2 To cancel a contract of agreement you must inform Educational Consultancy & Management (ECM) Solutions in writing.
• 5.3 You will not have any right to cancel a contract of agreement if you are contracting other than as a consumer.

6. AVAILABILITY

• Your request for the provision and delivery of a service on a specific date and time will be fulfilled. However, if the date specified cannot be met then the service will be provided within a reasonable timescale and on an alternative date, unless there are exceptional circumstances.

7. RISK AND TITLE

• 7.1 The service will be at your risk from the time of delivery.
• 7.2 Ownership of the service will only pass to you when payment of all sums due in respect of the service, including travel, subsistence and any overnight accommodation expenses is received by Educational Consultancy & Management (ECM) Solutions.
